Can I return or exchange a product?
Return or exchange requests can be initiated within 48 hours of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags intact. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Which items are not eligible for return or exchange?
The following items are not eligible:

- Customized or altered products
- Sale or promotional items
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed after the returned item passes inspection. A 10% deduction is applied to cover shipping and reverse logistics. Approved refunds are completed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
