By accessing and using the Urban Nest website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms, conditions, and policies. These are designed to ensure a refined, transparent, and reliable experience for both our customers and Urban Nest.

Shipping

Urban Nest offers pan-India delivery through carefully selected logistics partners.

  • Complimentary standard shipping across India on all orders
  • Express / fast shipping options may be available at an additional charge
  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
  • Once dispatched, tracking details are shared to keep you informed.

Returns & Exchanges

We take pride in the quality of our offerings and aim to handle return or exchange requests with care and fairness.

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Products must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • Items purchased during sales or promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange
  • Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
    • Artificial Jewellery
    • Customised or altered products

Urban Nest reserves the right to decline any request that does not meet the above criteria.

Refunds

Refunds are initiated only after the returned item successfully passes a quality inspection.

  • A 10% deduction is applied to the total order value to cover shipping and reverse logistics costs
  • Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment
  • Shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable
  • Approved refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days
  • This approach helps us maintain fair pricing while protecting product integrity.

Product Imagery & Representation

To enhance visual presentation, some images displayed on Urban Nest may be AI-generated or digitally enhanced, particularly for styling, composition, or background purposes.

Customers are strongly encouraged to review all images provided for each product before placing an order. Every product listing includes at least one actual product image, typically shown on a mannequin with the background removed, to accurately reflect the true appearance, fit, and detailing of the item.

While we strive for accuracy, minor variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting, photography, screen resolution, or manufacturing batches.

Urban Nest is committed to transparency and encourages informed purchasing decisions.

Limitation of Liability

Urban Nest shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or damages arising from courier operations, natural events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
